1. Eligible to buy/order from Kuenta?

Kuenta is a wholesale distributor. Our customers are retail stores, galleries, museums. If you are interested in retail please contact us.

2. How you can place an order?

You can order on line by sending us an email or by telephone. To order on line please:

Choose the items you require from our product list check the details
add it to your basket
when you finish press send order and we will get in touch with you within 48 hours to arrange postage and payment terms.

3. Access to Wholesale pricelist?

To gain access to our wholesale pricelist you must login first.
Your personal data are safe with us, we DO NOT share them with third parties.

4. Payment?

We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange payment and postage.
You can pay by COD, Cheque, Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer.
We do not take credit cards for the time being but we are working on it.

5. Do we ship internationally?

Yes we can ship anywhere in the world. We will get back to you with shipping cost once we receive your order and before payment.

6. Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of 100 euros for domestic orders and 200 euros for international orders.
